Tell your story !

It is quite easy and you need max. 20 minutes

What do you need:

- Computer or laptop
- fast internetconnection
- webcam

Please send us an e-mail – mystory@inamillionyears.com – and tell us who you are, from where you are and what is your story – just a few words. During the next 24 hours you will receive an e-mail with the password and the username for our Youtube-channel – please check your spamfilter.

If you got the password and the username open the following link into your browser – best possibility is “Safari” (sometimes Firefox does’nt accept your insight camera):

A window opens where you can record video from your webcam and Youtube will now ask you to login. Login and click “accept” if the dialog asks you for permission to get control over your webcam.

 

Now you are ready to record your story, B U T before you start please make sure:

- you are in a quiet room, close the windows
- that your face will be bright enough. So I suggest to use daylight or a little lamp (desktop or reading lamp) that brightens your face from front. And maybe reduce the light in the background.

- choose a smooth background

NOW tell us in one or two minutes your story. Please speake to the camera. If you are satisfied with the result please press “Publish” and we will be informed by email from youtube that you recorded something so we can download and use it.
